DESCRIPTION:
The Curly Parsley is an herbaceous, glabrous, biennial plant with a root marked externally by large circular areas, to erect, up from 40 cm to a meter, with alternate and verticillate branches at the top. The leaves are toothed and curled. The weight varies from 500 gramsto 700 grams.
