DESCRIPTION: It is a herbaceous plant. It has a strong yellowish- white tap root. The leaves are deep green, completely hairless and have a jagged triangular outline. The inflorescence is formed of an umbrella with fifty small white flowers with five petals, sometimes tinged with blue-violet or yellowish. The bunch weight ranges from 200 grams to 350 grams.
