DESCRIPTION:
It's a vegetable from the large leaves, dark green plants developed ribs, tender and meaty,with a white stem, very extensive in length and width. The weight varies from 300 grams to 700 grams.

PACKAGING:
Frying pan 40x60x15 - Kg net weight of 8-9.

HEALTH BENEFITS:
It contains moderate amounts of calcium, phosphorus and iron and is especially rich in vitamin A. The leaves contain folic acid and a good amount of vitamin C. It is mineralizing, laxative, diuretic, refreshing. It is useful in cases of anemia, kidney problems, cystitis. For its low-calorie diets is particularly recommended.
